Dietmar Heckel has been Managing Director of RIBE Anlagentechnik GmbH since April 2013. With more than 20 years of experience, he plays a key role in determining the company's strategic direction and customer-oriented product portfolio. Dietmar Heckel completed an extra-occupational degree in engineering and business administration before starting his career as a maintenance manager at a medium-sized automotive supplier. He also gained experience as head of toolmaking for the production of tools for cold forming. From 2000, he worked as a profit center and site manager. He was instrumental in building up the plant technology division and continuously developing its structures, processes, organization, etc., until an independent company was finally founded within the RIBE Group in 2013. From a small spring factory to a medium-sized global player: RIBE develops and manufactures fasteners, technical springs, system technology and electrical fittings for customers worldwide. A portfolio that ideally positions the company in the growth markets of the future, such as the automotive industry and the expansion of the energy infrastructure.
