Natalie has been the Senior Manager of Central Logistics at Excelitas Technologies since December 2023. In this role, she oversees warehousing, shipment, and production planning for the company's German southern sites. She also serves as the key business liaison to IT for crucial processes, including SAP planning and warehousing (used SAP: R3, Modules: MM,PP, APO).

Before joining Excelitas Technologies, Natalie held several roles at EagleBurgmann, a company within Freudenberg. Her positions included Director of Global Supply Chain, Global Process Manager, and Inhouse Consultant. Her diverse career spans various industries, including FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods), industrial machinery, and even digital marketing.

Natalie is passionate about lean thinking, finding that the Supply Chain field is an ideal arena to merge her enthusiasm for lean methodologies with her ability to communicate across different cultures, backgrounds, and disciplines.
